Position Description Community Services Contracts Admin Services is providing all contracts related support such as contract development amp procurement including outsourcing actions, cost control and monitoring AEL etc for all Community Services Departments Community Services are responsible for Operational and maintainence of Saudi Aramco residential communities and office facilities in the Eastern Province and the CentralWestern Region They provide essential life support services for Saudi Aramco communities, buildings and Home Ownership areas Provide maintenance to all non-industrial facilities in the Eastern Province and the CentralWestern Region, Provide operation and maintenance of company fire protection systems in the Eastern Province and the CentralWestern Region The successful applicant will participate in visiting and inspecting contractors worksite and accommodation to ensure the full implementation of standards set forth in Saudi Aramco General Instruction, Engineering Standards, Manuals, Contracts and Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Control Programs submitted by the contractors and prepare deficienciesdeviations and corrective actions report Minimum Requirements 7 years experience in Operations and Maintenance or related industries with progressive work and supervisory responsibility Experience of Engineering Standards, Manuals, Contracts, Standard Operating Procedures and Quality Control Programs submitted by the contractors and prepare deficienciesdeviations The applicant will complete corrective actions reports as part of this role Must be fluent in written and oral English Thorough knowledge of auditing, accounting and contracting techniques and procedures Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities include 1 Process contract actions including newreplacement contracts, lease agreements, consultant contracts, amendments, extensions Conduct, in coordination with proponents and other organizations, feasibility studies for consolidation and outsourcing of CS services Activities and present merits and demerits with recommendations to CS management and followimplement approvals Guide proponent in work scope development and financial analysis and suggest cost effective alternatives with round-table meetings Provide proponents interpretation of the contract terms and conditions, in conjunction with other organizations Visit facilities and operation areas Meet with proponents and users individually and in groups to finalize the work scope to meet operational requirement at least cost to the Company 6 Coordinate with proponents and other organizations to standardize the work scope 7 Develop prequalification and Technical questionnaires and criteria and participate in evaluations 8 Develop Company estimate and prepare cost analysis 9 Develop and present requests and items to management and SRC for approval, as required 10 Participate in negotiation meetings 11 Develop and present to proponents and contract signatory the financial analysis, updates, accomplishments and concerns 12 Participate in inspections and contracts assistance visits in all areas 13 Perform other miscellaneous related tasks as requested
