To succeed in this business critical and highly involving role, you will need to
Have a degree or equivalent, preferably in a business related subject
Three plus years strategic leadership exposure
A background in one of Business Process Management, Business Analyst or Change Management a background using Kaizen techniques, or 6 sigma methodology would be advantageous
Proven ability to manage major change within a business and achieve business objective and set, contractual targets
Project management over multiple sites Prince2 being advantageous here
