On behalf of our client, a US multinational conglomerate corporation, we are recruiting a Junior HR Business Partner in Riyadh reporting to HR Manager The candidate shall provide advice and instruction regarding non-routine or difficult human resources policies and procedures Develop and administer human resources programs such as training, development, salary administration, etc PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES a Conducts employee orientation program b Answers moderately complex and diverse compensation-related questions c Serves as a member of a Center of Expertise d Provides advice and instruction regarding policy and procedural inquiries e Conducts salary reviews f Writes and updates employee handbooks g Develops and administers new training and development programs while maintaining andor adjusting existing programs as needed h Manages salary administration programs i Exercises discretion in matters of confidentiality j Protects the corporation and assures the companys values and policies are upheld and complied to and implemented as appropriate k Ensures compliance with companys Business Conduct Policies and other policies, and teaches and acts as an example of uncompromising ethics l Ensures local legislation is complied to at all times Requirements Saudi male national preferred Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or MBA Degree in Human Resources (preferred) Age Group 28 - 34 Experience 3-5 Years Young, dynamic, self motivated and result oriented individual Should have command on MS Office application Should possess good interpersonal skills (verbal & written)
