Job Description

Monthly Salary (Package Basic+Transportation and Housing allowances)
For full time employee = 6-8,000 (SR), Plus compatitave benifites

Work Location 1 Jeddah + 1 Rabigh

Job purpose
As part of the Corporate Support Unit, the job purpose will be to the HR Operations Supervisor in all HR related activities by providing proactive administrative support or co-ordination support with focus on speed, efficiency and quality Always maintain a professional and customer focused approach to all interaction & communication with either internal or external customers
Will handle all day-to-day applications &process that related to personnel & government unite

Area of responsibility

- Tranfaring
- Helpdesk
- Punishment
- investigations
- Government relations such as
- Immigration office IssuingRenewing the Iqamas and visas
- Labour office IssuingRenewing the work permit, case investigations, labour issues

Perform a range of HR Administration activities, system tasks, documents control, and filing to ensure organization and timely completion of all such responsibilities

Maintain the safe keeping and movement of Employee Personnel files ensuring that all important information of staff are recorded and retrieved only by authorized personnel

Responsible for a high level of confidentiality due to the nature of the information accessible to the incumbent

Maintain and update relevant records (files and excel data bases etc) to ensure easy retrieval and distribution of information and facilitate queries

Ensure the timely and accurate input of transactions effecting monthly vacations and benefits (eg, annualsick leave entitlement)

Assist and answer, where possible, all queries from staff on personnel, government and benefits issues in a courteous and timely manner

Assist in managing HR activities for all employees ensuring policyprocedure guidelines and are fulfilled while maintaining the highest standard of customer service

The work includes but not limited to prepare contract, submit the information to immigrations and labor office and prepare the insurance for the Saudi employee
Submit the GOSI forms to the hospital whenever there is the work injury or accident happened in a Saudi employee who under the name of Waad Holding, and apply for the compensation from the GOSI office
Help HR manager to prepare the Arabic document

Custodian of Waad Holdings commitment to constructive employee relations and open Social dialogue and the Implementation of employee relations strategies

Main contact for Internal legal consultant, labour issues and responsible for timely information to management on employee relation matters

Liaise with external lawyers and liaise with labour authorities

Conduct labour audits to the company and to develop and follow up the needed actions to ensure compliance with the law and companys principles & standards

In addition to many day-to-day activities associated with such a massive expansion, you will be held responsible for

1 In-charge of making the IQAMA for new employee
2 In-charge of renewing IQAMA
3 Cancel the IQAMA if needed
4 Apply for work permit
5 Take responsibility of the applicationextensionCancel of labor card
6 Deal with the wide work of the Department of Passport Office
7 In-charge of the work of final exit
8 Change information of the passport
9 Be responsible for the car insurance and accident settlement
10 Other issues dealing with the Saudi government
