Job Description

Main Duties & Responsibility
-Providing tools to implement rules within the organization
-Improving staff moral in multiple creative ways in order to maintain their high level all within a performance and attractive target candidate
-Improving the existing payroll systems efficiency at minimum cost
-The importance of providing accurate and timely data and taking action when required data is not provided
-Ensuring that there is a leave program that highlight the general policies and procedures concerning the various leave programs available to benefits-eligible classified and unclassified employees
-Assisting employers and recruiters for qualified individuals
-Maintaining good liaison between departments
-Creating a friendly and warm atmosphere
-Follow up on all relevant problems that create identity and belonging feelings
-Monitor the morals of the staff while having no personal influences to affect the employees relationship among each other
