Minimum of 4 years experience in an L&D department, preferably in a renowned corporation or in a training center
Good understanding of Sales processes and Operating models
Fluent in both Arabic and English, both verbal and written
Good understanding of the Telecom business
Good capacity to deliver in a fast pace start-up environment
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
