Bachelor's degree or above
Over 10 years related experience with minimum of 5 years experience working in a relevant executive position for a large financial institution
Deep industry knowledge and broad understanding of the region, preferably including specific experience of the KSA market
Experience in multi-channel business model including product servicing delivery via e-banking and self service
Experience in managing reward loyalty programs- eg Card rewards with a bank, or loyalty programs in the airline industry
Participation in high-level performance management teams of various professional and cultural backgrounds
Candidate must be client service oriented, enthusiastic and positive
Demonstrated ability for excellent problem solving in an ever-changing work environment; Adaptable to changes
Proven ability to work effectively with a team of department managers to determine and balance departmental priorities
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken with the ability to interact with the public
Ability to Influence, empathic skills, people oriented personality and strong work ethic
Fluent in English (both verbal and written) Arabic is an advantage
