Core Purpose of Job
To manage all divisional personnel activities in Ready Mix Division Apply and ensure compliance of Personnel Policies & Procedures to liaise all governmental activities with concerned departments Ensure that regions provided with required services from other departments
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants
- Liaison Personnel activities with concerned departments efficiently
- Ensure proper practices of Personnel Policies & Procedures
- Ensure that medical services provided to regions liaise with Company Policy
- Ensure Timely Pay to all HO employees by providing all necessary Payroll and Personnel & Compensation documentations on time and accurately
- Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits
- Maintain knowledge of legal requirements in KSA and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensure policies, procedure and reporting are in compliance
- Manage governmental documentations process for all employees within the division
- Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, performance appraisals, and absenteeism rates
- Investigate and report on industrial accidents for insurance carriers
- Secure employee documents such as passports, Iqamas, travel letters, licenses
- Administer benefits programs such as life, health insurances, vacation, sick leave, absence leave
- Prepare and administer payroll by collecting time sheets and acting as initial degree of contact for inquiries and issues related to payroll
- Preparation of forms regarding to work-permits
- Preparation of labor Office related information, issuance of letters of introduction, experience certificates, etc
- Ensure that terminations are subject to Labor Law and to provide all required terminations documents
- Assist the HR Manager in staffing, HR Projects and Personnel Process Development activities
