As the Projects Manager he will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals from start to finish Ability to ensure projects execution within the required period and budget
Main Duties
Ensure the execution of the projects within the required time frame and budget
Provide and ensure system documentation approvals
Manage the project teams
Ensure and manage the procurement schedule and documentation
Ability to solve problems& managing a new upgrade variation of works
Provide advices to marketing and sales team during planning and preparing quotations
Ensure that design reviews are delivered in a timeout & cost efficient manner
Manage the subcontractors and ensure the correct tracking of completed contract works, tracking of variations on completed works, issuing of reports,
Lead the planning and implementation of project
Define project tasks and resource requirements &prioritize demands
Suggest and implement modifications to project scope, deliverables, timelines and resources
Develop full scale project plans
Manage and coordinate the project staff
Manage project budget
Manage project resource allocation
Plan and schedule project timelines
Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
Provide direction and support to project team
Quality assurance
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to the management
Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Project evaluations and assessment of results
