Job DescriptionCompanyOur client is an investment bank in Riyadh They provide a variety of services including Asset Management, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, and Brokerage ServicesThey are currently looking to recruitRelationship Manager Private Bankingfor their Riyadh OfficeMarketing and Sales ObjectivesAchieve annual financial objectives assigned by the ManagementSustain and increase customers base (with more than SAR 5 Million invested assets) , volumes, products ratio, services ratio and profitabilityShould spend% of time meeting clientsImplement marketing strategy, goals and penetrationAchieve products sales (conventional & Islamic) and services subscription objectivesManage campaigns, sales activities and increase the segments market shareExecute marketing plans and sales promotionsAdvocate WM strategies for products, services, pricing, advertising, sales, marketing, and distribution to improve WM program and market resultsParticipate in preparing the department annual budget to increase customers base, volume, products, services and profitabilityReduce to the minimum customers and assets attritionAnalyze quarterly competitors in same line of business and report findings to the ManagementUpdate the Management with customers comments and suggestionsUpdate the Management with the department weekly marketing activitiesQuality of ServiceEnsure WM staff is providing service excellence to customersProvide expert advice on products and services when neededEnsure WM staff is knowledgeable of all products, services and processEnsure customers inquiries are well taken care of and within a limited timeOngoing update and correct customer contact information (KYC)Coordinate multi-resource, interdepartmental activities related to the Company customer relationships in order to avoid confusion and to maximize the service impact to the customerImprove company delivery and produce enhancements and conduct proper implementationsEnsure WM staff are providing personalized and professional services to customersDevelop tailored products and services that fit the needs of the segmentUpdate the Management with the department weekly quality of service activitiesCustomersHandle the HNW customers relationships personallyIdentify HNW customers needs and wants ensuring customer satisfactionEnsure HNW segment features and benefits are well explained to customersProvide special focus on qualified HNW customers, prospectsConduct customer calls and visits to ensure customer satisfactionCustomer complaints and problems solvingPerform joint visits to customers with the RMsUpdate the Management with the department weekly customer activitiesActivities and OperationsOngoing development of HNWI segment, staff, process, system, products and servicesEnsure WM staff is obligated to companys roles and policiesEnsure WM staff is reporting any suspicion activity or transactionEnsure relationship management development and investment skills, maximize account yield and improve market penetrationClose monitoring segment performance across all levelsConduct proper follow up with other departmentsClose coordination with other departmentsActively participate and assist in all related company activitiesManage, develop, monitor and train WM staff to provide service excellenceSelect appropriate training courses for WM staff to improve their skillsUpdate the Management with the department weekly activities and operationsObligationsEnsure the staffs are following all companys roles and policiesImplement customer information to be strictly confidentialEnsure that WM staff understands new tasks and processes for implementationEnsure high punctuality level among the staffEncourage staff to maintain professional look and dress codeAdministration functionDevelop WM department, segments, service quality, process and controlCarry out work distribution and delegationEnsure fair and well-organized work load and work flowClose monitoring performance vs budget and evaluationDevelop strong relationships with other departments managements to ensure common understanding and support of company goals and processesAssist in preparing the departments annual budget, general expenses, investments, manpower requirements, volume of activities and income in coordination with Senior WM ManagerManage and control the department expensesManage the preparation and distribution of numerous internal and communications materials to ensure high quality and timely communications, includingSpecial customer communicationsRelationship reportingInternal and external newslettersPromotional materialsPresent ideas to improve and maintain WM activitiesQualifications & ExperiencesMinimum 5 years of experience in a similar fieldRelevant degree and certificationsCME1 requiredWritten and oral communications skills in English & ArabicSaudi nationals
