Job Description

·       Searching for new clients who could benefit from SPI coatings in your designated region
·        Travelling to visit potential clients within KSA, and providing case by case reports
·       Establishing new, and maintaining existing long-term relationships with customers
·        Persuading clients that SPI’s product or services will best satisfy their needs
·       Calculating client quotations, Negotiating tender and contract terms
·         Processing orders with the manufacturer in the US
·       Offering after-sales support services, including administrative support
·      Analyzing costs and sales, including reports to General Manager
·     Meeting regular sales targets, for new customers, existing customers, and lapsed customers
·      Coordinating sales projects, with third party contractors and technical sales and application manager
·       Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
·      Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
·        Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
·       Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts; such as applicators
·       Identifying and solving client problems should they arise, plus complete follow up to make sure problems have been correctly solved
·       Providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team
2- Job specification
I                   Knowledge
·         Understanding of industrial coating applications, solvents, moisture cures, water based, etc
·         Culture and Custom Knowledge of Working Place assigned
·         Excellent English written and spoken, and preferably Arabic written and spoken
·         Application on new and existing substrates, including calculating spread rates
·         Surface decontamination of salts
·         Pressure washing, abrasive blasting, and scraping of surfaces, etc

II                Skills
·         Solid technical background with analytical problem solving capabilities
·         Time management
·         Previous sales experience in industrial coatings preferred
·         Understanding of corrosion related concepts, including surface preparation
·         High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
·         Strong presentation and facilitation skills Prioritize tasks under pressure
