Job Description

1 Understand and comply with Rolaco`s policies, procedures and work instructions within the framework of his function
2 Control and manage the Sales staff
3 Assist in selection of candidates for recruitment for vacant position under his line of authority
4 Develop the Sales
5 Organize Sales staff training program
6 Visit customers with Sales staff, as and when needed
7 Discuss and get approval for special sales terms
8 Review and approve all Sales quotations before submission to customers and insure their proper follow-ups
9 Coordinate and evaluate, with stock controller, the stock position and targets
10 Effect market surveys to evaluate the competition and stand on market situation, in coordination with the Technical Services Manager, as needed
11 Attend customers` complaints and assure customers satisfaction
12 Transmit technical customers` requirements to Technical Services Manager for further discussion with suppliers
13 Follow-up and review collections from customers and verify all customers` statement of account
14 Conduct regular sales review meetings with Sales staff
15 Evaluate sales staff performance once a year and submit the recommendations
16 Attend periodical meetings with other Divisions` SMs to exchange views about market trend and situation and about major customers and sales problems
17 Review and approve Sales commission of Sales staff
18 Locate and evaluate local transporters and negotiate in land transportation rates and terms
19 Approve Payment requests and submit it
20 Visit the Sales outlets and showrooms to ensure that the display is properly maintained and that the premises are kept tidy and clean
21 Prepare circulars to update the Division`s staff and other company`s entities about new products developments in his Division
22 Perform other tasks for the Division within its scope of work when instructed
