Job Description

-Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent -Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP implementation projects and support organizations for SAP Human Resources -Minimum 5 years of industry experience (HR domain experience) -SAP Certification is mandatory -Experience in Personnel Administration, Enterprise Structure, Personnel structure, Organizational Structure -Organization management Creating object types like organization unit, job, position, tasks Assigning relationships between objects, configuring reporting structure Concept of organization management, expert mode, simple maintenance & general structure -Time Management Create Public Holiday, Holiday calendars, work schedules, leave entitlement, time evaluation, managing time ac using attendance absence quotas Recruitment Vacancies, Advertisement, Recording Applicant data, applicant administration, admin of the selection procedure, applicant selection for vacancies & applicant hiring -Payroll- Schemas, Wage type, rules, function, calculation rule -Languages English (Essential) and Arabic (Advantageous) -Familiar with SAP ASAP Project implementation methodology -2 full life-cycle implementations and upgrade projects experience is advantageous -Independent with high initiatives -Effective communication and interpersonal skills
