Purpose of the position & Responsible for designing and developing wide range financial & operational analysis, budgets, and forecasts; maintains the company’s Financial Planning & Budgeting Models and its component projections; inputs, retrieves and analyzes data using large spreadsheet applications with complex formulas& Responsible for efficient use of resources, cost controlling, increase company performance and assist profitable growth& Support the country and the sub®ional FiCo heads in the preparations of project’s business cases and projects feasibility studies for submission to client’s Investments Committee on or before due datesPrincipal responsibilities &Be responsible for the establishment of adequate financial planning processes and overall co&ordination of budgets, estimates and midlong&term strategic planning and transparent follow up systems based on applicable guidelines from Regional Finance, with special emphasis on the revenue and expenditure cycles, allowing the necessary degree of details as to provide an effective and efficient activity and cost control, revenue analyses and capital expenditure follow up&Ensure that up&to&date high quality information is always available to subregional and country management for their follow&up of the business development and alignment with goals, strategies and project targets Support the regional and country management in their decision&making with adequate guidelines and financial modelstools for analyses of the business&Perform deviation analysis and issue reports necessary for the proper management of the operations in the region as well as actively working together with other functions on measures and process improvements in order to increase efficiency and business profitability Continuously carry out benchmarking and look for synergies and the use of cross&area and cross®ional best practices&Profitability analysis should be regularly performed on business performance, products, segments and customer profitability &Closely monitor and optimize the utilization of working capital and fixed assets&Support the preparation of project and investment calculations and analyses according to guidelines, models and methods issued by clients Group& Ensure the correctness of the data gathering and evaluation of the profitability of the projects as well as following the necessary steps in the approval procedure with the goal of getting the project approved in time and scope& Performs a variety of internal reviews andor special studies of company’s operations and makes recommendations for improvement& Review operational and financial records and reports and makes recommendation for improvements; works with departments to compile data necessary to analyze and determine operational and financial efficiency& Conducts research necessary to prepare forecasts of future financialbusiness conditions using multiple scenarios& Manage & lead the Planning & Budgeting Officer to review and analyze budget performance to include a review of actual and budgeted expenses& Conducts cost&benefit analyses as required to assist in making management decisions regarding benefits of current and proposed proposals, capital budgets, etc;& Creates Power Point presentations summarizing results of analyses and presents the results to senior management& Reviews indicators of industry activity published by worldwide statistical agencies and benchmark the company performance to those published statistics& Prepare foreign currency transactions analysis and its impact on financial results& Perform in depth analysis on costs and expenses and recommend various scenarios & proposals for cost reductions and cost efficiency& Adhere to the privacy and confidentiality of company information according to the company confidentiality policy
