Position Description The core function of the Kingdoms Energy Strategy Department organization is to advise the companys management and external (ie, government and private) stakeholders on domestic energy outlooks, domestic economic evaluations, domestic fuel and feed stock pricing, macroeconomic outlook, and international energy policies and regulations, besides assisting in strategic planning and domestic energy strategy formulation The Kingdoms Energy Strategy Department serves as the center of expertise on a wide variety of strategic issues that are of great impact in the domestic energy landscape to ensure sustainable economic development The Senior Program Management Consultant will support a team of managers, experts and specialists from Saudi Aramco focused on the energy sector in managing the multiple concurrent initiatives taken up by the team This support will include tracking the initiatives progress and budgets; providing help in organization and running of meetings, delivering change control management and preparation of presentations; working as a part of a dynamic and fast-growing team; helping to determine success in this critical area; and delivering critical projects for Saudi Arabias energy sector and influencing the future of the worlds top 20 economies Minimum Requirements 20 years as a Program Management Specialist in a complex industry setting, preferably a multinational energy company Experience with serving as PMO on transformation programs while engaging several external stakeholders is preferred Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management or a closely related specialty, a Masters degree in Management, Economics or a related field preferred Program Management certification preferred Highly proficient skills in written and spoken English Fluent Arabic is a plus Very good work organization and process control Strong planning and coordination skills Proven ability to communicate complex material in a simple and engaging manner to internal and external stakeholders Due to frequent interactions with key stakeholders, strong presentation and negotiation skills are required Proven track record of supporting energy-related initiatives with lasting impact Ability to work independently and without supervision, even when faced with unfamiliar issues Experience in quickly analyzing and synthesizing large amounts of information Duties & Responsibilities As the Senior Program Management Consultant, you will support an energy market focused team of Saudi Aramco managers, experts and specialists Your duties will include Develop reporting processes and templates to track initiatives Enforce execution of the reporting process Monitor and help maintain quality of reports produced by the team Organize and support meetings within the team, as well as internal and external stakeholders Manage the team documentation, including performing version control, change management and archiving functions Establish scheduled and ad-hoc reporting to the team leadership and other senior stakeholders
