Responsibilities1& During shift, direct team members to various workstations to meet guest needs and to ensure speed of service, cleanliness standards, and operational needs are meet2& Create a positive learning environment by providing clear, specific, timely, and respectful coaching and feedback to team members on shift to ensure operational excellence and to improve team member performance3& Develop Positive relationship with shift team by understanding and addressing individual motivations, needs and concerns4& Manages store operations during schedule shift Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned5& Follows operational procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all team member during the shift, utilizes operational tools to achieve operational excellence during the shift6& Follows all cash management and cash register policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed by shift team7& Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the values, mission and commitment to service of Barnies coffee company To keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team8& Delivers excellent guests service to all guests by acting with a Guests are always our priority& everything else waits attitude and connecting with the guest Discovers and responds to guests needs Follows up with team member during the shift to ensure the delivery of excellent guest service9& Assists with new team member training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed Provides feedback to the direct store supervisor on team member performance during shift10& Provide quality beverage, food products consistently for all guests by adhering to all recipe and presentations standards
