Job Description

Working with suppliers to implement the requirement of the Groups supplier quality management program

Supports, develops and implements the business plan for the department such advancing the streamline work in the department

Communicating with departments to demonstrate and review the Policies & Procedures of CPD and assists the concerned department in implementing and understanding the CPDs

Evaluating and improving supplier quality system performance and providing technical support to suppliers according to the specific instruction

Coordinating with customers in testing component and product quality testing for purposes of supplier qualification and improvement

Widening knowledge and information to the product to be able to provide compatible studies and plans

Coordinating with customers to perform quality assessment on suppliers to minimize the costs

Identifying and appropriately implementing statistical engineering tools and techniques to evaluate and implement supplier process capability and technical performance

Evaluating supplier quality systems and strategies according to the established standards

Collecting and analyzing quality data to supplier quality performance

Identifying and defining correction action required initial corrective action with responsible function and follow-up to assure corrective completion

Identifying the supplier quality risk

Developing the supplier assessment
