Ensure the terms of BOT contract with the Touristic Enterprise (tec) are adhered to at all times. Ensure amicable relationship with tec is maintained along with the profitability of the contract.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Responsible for ensuring optimum profitability of the Discovery Mall. Ensure the discovery mall project in terms of operations & maintenance is handled effectively.
2. Responsible for ensuring that occupancy percentage of the rented space at Discovery Center is high / at a maximum.
3. Negotiate contract terms, handle requests and complaints from tenants and clients, put forward request with tec as and when necessary.
4. Ensure any subcontracted work for maintenance, security, landscaping and cleaning is supervised and in compliance with the contract terms & conditions. Review and prepare periodic and ad hoc reports as and when needed.
5. Coordinate with tec and maintain open communication channels at all times. Address any requests, complains or feedback
6. Respond to any queries related to renting space request, renovation or contract renewal.
7. Responsible for scheduling and coordination of exhibitions and events in Discovery Center. Responsible for publicity, good will and market penetration.
8. Prepare annul budgetary forecast for all project aspects and ensure that the same is adhered to.
9. Coordinate for license requirements if any from the Municipality, Fire Department, Social Affairs and other government bodies as necessary
10. Any other related duties / projects assigned by the direct supervisor from time to time to meet the business exigencies.

Assist in Library accreditation, includes gathering needed documentations, room booking, Hikmah registration system.
Participate in and support library liaison activities, as needed, by providing instruction or course support on circulation or ILL matters through the creation of web pages or via the Canvas learning management system.
Serves as backup for website content update.
