Ensure control of updated versions of drawings, specifications, recall of obsolete documents and that all activities at site are carried out on latest revisions.
Ensures allocation of drawing to WBS and OBS.
Ensures that Field Engineers raise and follow up Technical Queries with customer.
Ensures that Field Engineers prepare all project related technical documents such as Test Packs, system hand over packages etc, for hydro testing activity.
Ensures that Planning Engineers prepare and distribute 2 days week look ahead schedules to Discipline In-charges Discipline Engineers and Material Controller. He is also to arrange through the Site Manager that resources required for these plans are arranged in time.
Updates and monitors Level-III plan keeping in view overall master schedule.
Regularly performs critical path analysis, anticipates bottlenecks and highlights these to Site Manager and Construction Manager.
Ensures that Central Material Controller keeps track of material receiving & issuance and reconciles with customer.
Generates and analyzes standard reports related to progress and efficiency on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Keeps Site Manager updated on all matters related to progress and coordinates with Financial Controller and Contracts Engineer to submit Weekly Project Performance Report to the Site Manager for onward transmission to head Office.
Ensure that extra work is properly estimated and monitored and that subcontract work progress is included in the overall scheme
Ensures preparation of as built drawings.
Supports Contracts/Cost Engineer in preparation of contractual claims and invoices

JOB OVERVIEW
This senior level role is focused on providing support and input to the Regional Director,leadership team and Commercial Managers in the development and implementation of Growth Regions strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Primary Responsibilities
1. Manage, control and ensure that company accounting activities and procedures conform to generally accepted accounting principles
2. Ensure that all financial transactions are handled and processed in-line with the approved policies and procedures.
3. Oversee the daily operations of the finance department
4. Prepare the monthly financial reports with all needed financial and costing analysis comparing with Budget and KPIs.
5. Manage the preparation of the official annual report of actual revenues, transfers, and expenses.
6. Manage the preparation of financial outlooks and financial forecasts in coordination with the CFO.
7. Ensure that the company are continuously keeping sufficient fund to fulfill its financial obligation by preparing monthly cash flow forecast. Monitor the actual cash flow against forecast and take the necessary measure to remedy variances.
8. Direct and coordinate debt financing and debt service payments with external agencies and monitor terms, conditions and covenants and ensure compliance with the same.

11. Lead and coordinate with all other department the preparation of annual operating budget and developing 3-10 years business plans for the company.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
1. Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
2. Good knowledge in the cost accounting and financial analysis.
3. General knowledge of the manufacturing cost accounting, i.e. product cost, inventory, standard cost, variance analysis between actual and standard cost.
4. General knowledge of ERP Systems and the relation of other modules with accounting and finance modules and the associated controls.
5. Knowledge of automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
6. Knowledge of Government financial regulations.
7. Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports, statements and projections.
8. Working knowledge of short and long term budgeting and forecasting, rolling budgets, and product-line profitability analysis.
9. Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
10. Work also requires willingness to work on multitask, long hours and under pressure so as to meet deadlines.
11. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects.
12. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.
13. Above knowledge and experience is normally acquired through a combination of the completion of a Degree in Accounting with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior level Finance or Accounting position with a CPA or CMA professional qualification which will be a big plus.
