Job Description

Provide technical support on all Company Middleware platforms regarding platform performance, configuration, and administration
Ensure that the Company Middleware platforms meet or exceed all applicable regulations and IT Quality standards
Automate repetitive operational tasks via various scripting languages and tools
Automate, oversee, monitor, and improve the code promotion process
Submit periodic reports on areas of responsibility
Investigate, implement, and maintain advanced system monitoring tools to ensure the up time and reliability of all systems under operational span of control
Create tools to assist in automated code review, standards adherence, and quality
Learn the Companys Middleware Development processes and implement significant automation to increase developer efficiency
Suggest, plan, and implement continuous improvement activities for all systems under operational span of control
Participates in the design, construction, installation and troubleshooting of BizTalk servers
Participate in capacity and resource design, assessing environmental risks and contingency support
