Job Description

Provide regular feedback to the Management covering market trends, movement
of products for further planning and production
Direct, coach, support and delegate to the team, monitoring their performance to achieve store targets Motivate the team and develop their potential and develop succession plans for the store
Identify training needs for store staff to ensure relevantvalue added training needs are delivered with support of operation and HR
Manage stock takes in store
Ensure all company and legal policies and procedures are implemented and monitored in store
Analyze available data use the reports to improve store performance, and provide
recommendations to enhance profitability and sales
Constantly seek new opportunities to drive and create additional sales
Develop an annual strategy for the store to meet sales targets, develop the team and increase business in conjunction with the BrandOperations Manager
Place orders for merchandise as per market requirements
Involved in Public Relations & Event management promoting the store locally
