Overview
Responsible for developing the brands portfolio and driving the sales within the market Accountabilities are market analysis & trending, maximize customer satisfaction, competitor analysis, manage team member relations
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales objective of the Business Plan through periodic brand performance review with plan of actions in compliance with Brand standards to ensure the desired results are achieved
Organize the implementation of the visual merchandising and marketing guidelines and standards in line with the Brand Partner policies and standards
Liaising with marketing Dept to create promotional tactics that will boost brand image
Manage and control inventory, investigate discrepancies in stock inventory to minimize risk of internal and external loss of store merchandise and revenues
Set, agree, and implement the annual business plan and quarterly forecast for assigned brand
Develop and agree a pricing strategy for the assigned brand and ensure the same is updated to adapt to market changes
Monitoring of changes in expenditures and discrepancies and through communication on the efficient use of resources
Maintain effective communication with Shop Managers, Supervisors, Sales Associates and Head Office both written and verbally
Assess product qualitydefect rates and take necessary correctivepreventive action(s) with suppliers when needed
Coordinate with projects and operation management for the new stores opening
Supports manpower planning and management of stores and its staff
Review monthly P&L and prepare annual budget
