1 Roles & Responsibilities
> Supervise the structure at the establishing site
> Build, lead and maintain structural engineers
> Supervise the structural technique in diverse geographical locations
> Supervise a domain and oversea biding and MOB
> Oversee the performance of trades and contractors and be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed on schedule
> Oversee the delivery and use of materials and equipment, the quality of construction, worker productivity and safety
> Managing team and cost efficiencies
> Ensuring all contract obligations are satisfied
> Developing a baseline construction schedule
> Ensuring the successful delivery of all construction projects
> Managing multiple construction programs
> Directing Project Managers and providing guidance when required
> Budget and cost management
> Ensuring safety and environmental standards are maintained
2 Supporting MOB, Proposal and Marketing
