Job Description

Receive requests for services from user departments
Engage with the user dept to identify CH, CO and other basic details and scope to develop the CP strategy
Together with Team & CHCO, prepare and process the strategy through to approval
Prepare ITT for review and issue to market
Together with CH prepare evaluation model
Receive the tenders, arrange opening and manage the evaluation period
Perform negotiations as and when required
Prepare award recommendation and process through to approval
Finalise contract documents and arrange for signing
Ensure the awarded Contracts are completely set up and maintained in SAP
Ensure that the Contract and tender documents (Original hardcopy and softcopies) are filed in accordance with Records Mgt policy
Ensure that CH and the Contractor understand the Contract essentials and how it is to be managed Kick off support
Support the CH during Mgt of the Contract, with special focus on contract interpretation, variation control, RtP and claims protection
To support the CHCE team to verify validity of invoices and enable on-time payments to Vendors whilst complying with agreed controls
Respond to Vendors with clear advice on any invoice issues
Work with the RTP Support Team to implement process improvements as and when required
Assist with regular Contract and RTP reporting requirements
