Job Responsibilities To sell delegate places across a number of conferences in the IQPC portfolio in order to deliver revenue, yield, target and call rates To consistently meet and exceed sales activity targets To win new business from competitors and other sources & this will be achieved through contacting various hot and cold leads, including but not limited to marketing lists, canvassed business and all forms of enquiries, including web and phone Maximize cross&sales across client base for all relevant conferences To maintain a clean and updated prospect and customer database To liaise effectively with all internal departments (sponsorship, production, marketing, registration, operations)Key Skills& Strong track record of being able to sell effectively through telesales& A keen appetite to proactively chase and win new business& Proven experience of working to and achieving revenue targets & Able to demonstrate a high level of effective telephone sales activity& Able to quickly develop knowledge of a new market& Flexible, able to work across multiple projects and perform under pressure& Excellent communication and Organizational skills& Strong negotiation skills& Results focused& Must thrive in a vibrant, fast moving environment& Team player in addition to working on own initiativeKey Measurements& Event and individual targets& Achieving call rates per day& Maintaining yields on delegate places& Customer retention and new business development& Maintaining a clean database
Eligibility:(UG - Any Graduate - Any Specialization, Graduation Not Required) OR (PG - MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization)
