RequirementsQualifications
10-15 years of international consulting and banking experience
Bachelors degree required with emphasis on Business and Finance
MBA qualified preferred
Appropriate certification preferred (CPA, CA or CISA)
Must have industry experience and knowledge of advanced concepts in retail and corporate banking (not investment banking)
Big 4 professional services background is preferred
Arabic Speaking candidate preferred
Supporting decision making at a senior level and be able to demonstrate a track record of implementation success, achieving savings and overcoming various challenges
Excellent communication influence skills required, including reports, presentations and group facilitation skills
Strong project management skills
Ability to develop professional relationships and network internally and externally
