Should posses extensive knowledge in understading Oil & gas projects Tender documents, drawings (ISOs, P&IDs,etc), tender communications, addendums, Technical and Commercial submissions, etc Thorough experience in site visits to ensure the clarity in the scope of works in terms of scope, qty, etc in line with tender documents Should communicate to clients effectively for any tender clarifications in terms of technical, qty, etc Well experienced in plotting resource plan (Man, Machine, material, etc) in line with tender requirements Well versed in computer skills not limited to MS Project, Primavera, MS Office, email, etc
