The ideal candidate will be a degree holder aged 26+ and must have previous experience in a similar role
Candidates with specific industry knowledge such as Construction, Technical Sales, Oil and Gas, Engineering, etc, are preferred
You will have strong communication skills and be capable of dealing with people at all levels diplomatically and confidently
You will have excellent IT skills and be able to source job portals and utilize various job sites as well as in-house databases to identify candidates
Excellent written and spoken English are an absolute must
A sense of urgency, ability to multi-task, good time management, attention to detail and perseverance are essential
Advanced Customer Services skills and the ability to react and act quickly is essential
Previous experience in a B2B, customer facing or client relationship role is preferred
You will be organized, versatile and adaptable, with the ability to switch your attention from one project to another as the need arises; react quickly on any instructions and be able to prioritise your workload according to the ever changing needs at any given time
