We are looking to recruit a professional Executive Personal Assistant to provide high level administrative support to executive Management within an established and; fast growing Middle-East organization within the Banking and Real Estate industries Must be fluent in English and French, Arabic is a strong asset With Excellent presentation, the candidate must be able to deliver on demanding schedule and tight deadlines Must be competent, informative, organized, ethical and proficient in all their duties with high integrity and; loyalty resulting in successful outcome to secure confidence of all
Essential duties and Responsibilities
Manage the Managing Directors Calendar, Diary and Appointments
Manage and schedule appointments and meetings, take minutes and assist with administrative tasks within the office
Help CEO manage output (word, Excel and PPT Presentations), workflow and office deadlines
Liaise with relevant individuals, external organizations etc to arrange meetings, prepare agendas
Drafting investment memorandum and teasers
Professional communication both verbal and written in French and English, Arabic is a strong plus
Resourceful and quick thinking in problem solving and taking action under short notice and tight deadlines
Take and relay accurate and timely messages from telephone callers, and answer queries where possible
Making phone calls and Answer telephones, typing, faxing, dealing with emails, drawing up documents
Maintain a comprehensive and systematic filing system easy to retrieve by The Managing Director
Co-ordinate Managing Directors travel arrangements
Undertake other professional Management support duties
