About You

Diploma in Business, Culinary or equivalent (High School)
5 - 7 years F&B senior management experience in food service business or retail environment
Strong experience in procurement, purchasing & store keeping
Strong negotiation skills and tactical thinker
Advanced knowledge of regulations and food safety
Ability to organize, plan and prioritize
Good English communication skills
MS Office literate


In co-operation with the Human Resources (HR) department, recruit his team based on the IKEA values
Committed to the development of the team Secure their training to ensure all co-workers understand the IKEA Concept and other key guidelines, and how they have an impact on their specific roles
