On behalf of our client a leading Australian Multinational we are looking to recruit an Indian Educated HR Payroll Assistant Responsibilites include Maintaining employee files Assisting in preparing staff attendance and preparation of payroll Preparing employee offer letters and assisting in visa formalities of all employees Preparation of salary certificates, NOCs and other correspondences requested by employees to meet statutory obligations Conducting Inductions for new employees Conducting exit interviews Other HR related functions as advised by the HR & Payroll Manager from time to time Experience required Bachelor Degree in relevent field At least 2 years HR experience in India or the UAE Excellent communication skills in English
