Finance Manager Healthcare

This role is responsible for preparing various MIS reports for Hospital, Clinics, Pharmacy & Flagship Units (as applicable) and undertake compliance on VAT and AF Internal Audit and SSF

Key Role Responsibilities

Analyse monthly MIS for all healthcare divisions and give detailed reports on variations
Support AM-Finance in getting the MIS compiled wherever necessary
Review and submit monthly & Quarterly MIS required by Internal stakeholders Investors Banks
Prepare and present other performance-based MIS on-time as required by the management along with analysis
Prepare quarterly investors MIS with detailed analysis on financial and operational performance and Monthly MIS Reports
Review and give doctor-wise, facility wise analysis on monthly revenue report
Review periodically Net Debt ReportWorking Capital report and highlight deviations if any from budgetforecast
Update on deviations in revenue report and forecast for remaining days
Daily & Monthly Revenue Reports
Prepare monthly P&L of management with detailed analysis on revenue and costs
Review and present analysis on financialoperational KPI (main points for highlighting) of Hospital, Clinics and other performance measures
Review weekly receivables position and highlight deviations if any
Oversee pharmacy purchase trends and update management on change in procurement strategy required if an y
Analyse Doctor wise Performance in the Group
Compile & Analyse base data for budget preparation
Analyse and Highlight the Alert Clinics & Doctors to the Management
Make DSO Analysis of Hospital, clinics & pharmacies
Oversee Audit Requirements and ensure compliance
Coordinate with Bank for operations
Ensure POS reconciliation
Ensure insurance of new units doctors, Renewal & Claims
Coordinate with Group Finance for funding based on quarterly requirement forecast
Ensure compliance on all aspects as set by the Al Futtaim Holding company (AFH)
Assist Hospital, clinics and pharmacies for clarification and queries raised
Filing of VAT returns Finance Related reports

Education Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Commerce
Chartered Accountancy or Masters in CommercePost Graduate degreeDiploma in Finance is preferable

Minimum Experience and Knowledge

Minimum 6 to 8 years experience in a similar role
GCC exposure will be an added advantage
