General Manager - Engineering Manufacturer – AED 25000- Bangladesh
  A multinational company is looking for Bengali speaking General Manager with minimum 15 years of experience heading entire country operations independently You will be overall responsible for P&L management, factory operation, Sales, logistics and administration Implement short terms and long term strategic plans, ensure monthly quarterly forecast are achieved, develop annual business plan This role is judged to be key within the organization and the individual is expected to have unique skills and experience from Engineering industry Prior working experience in PumpsValvesCompressor manufacturing set up is a must Should be able to communicate and interact with officials at all levels of Government and to work effectively in a diverse community
Responsibilities
·         Obtains profit contribution by managing staff; establishing and accomplishing business objectives
·         Develops strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities; presenting assumptions; recommending objectives
·         Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections
·         Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff
·         Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing ethical business practices
·         Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
·         Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies
·         Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
