Job DescriptionDevelopment of organizational Strategic PlanReview of strategy of the territories, correlating them against existing performance and identifying strengths & weaknessesProvision of the structure & resource that are necessary to support the organizations strategic plansIncreasing revenue of the companyImproving productivity of the functional departmentsEstablishing and monitoring Operational controlsCarry out major transformation programmes in the areas of business strategy, process redesign, organization development and technology enablementCommunicating organizational direction and values regarding quality and the quality management systemCreating an environment that encourages the involvement and development of the peopleStudying and discussing long and short term plans concerning administrative, operational and marketing policies and strategiesReview and evaluate accomplished tasks, follow up tasks under process to examine their standards ensuring sound implementationReporting Relationships Reporting to Managing DirectorFunctional Reportees HR, Admin, Service, IT, Service, MarketingResponsibilitiesAssisting Managing Director in Establishing and updating a Vision, Mission, Policies and business strategies consistent with the purpose of the organizationCommunicate with business related authorities, and customers, in all relevant territories, as necessary to ensure efficient, positive and lawful relations, support and activitiesAnticipate research and report on future changes in business laws and in relevant local territory practices, and ensure such knowledge is factored into the planning of the departments own strategy, resources and proceduresLiaise with HOD’s in order to establish and maintain effective and relevant business activities and support in relation to the organizations salesMonitor, record, analyse and report on activities, trends, results and recommendations relating to business activitiesManage Operational processes and transactions in accordance with policy and law, and to optimize cost-effectiveness of activitiesUse personal judgement and initiative to develop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles in business activity and proceduresMaintain personal ability in, and appropriate use of, all relevant technology and other systems within the business functionNegotiate contracts for sales and manage renew, review contracts as required to enable effective trading and customer relations AuthoritiesApproval of company & departmental strategic plans in coordination with Managing DirectorNegotiating with business associates, channel partners etc in coordination with Managing DirectorAccountabilityAccountable for the operational profitability of the business, efficiency and effectiveness of business process, resource allocation, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of business systems
