The Global Sales Coordinator is responsible for the coordination, research and analysis of key account and opportunity information pertaiining to the Global Sales Department, The role will involve establishing strong relationships with international subsidiaries, global key account managers and strategic partnersConducting research & analysis on targetted accounts, markets and territories in order to support the Global Sales team in stragey development Heshe will be responsible for managing and executing the day to day tasks required to research, analyse, coordinate and report on these accounts & opportunities effectively in addition to performing general administration duties to support this departmentDuties include data input and mining, analysis, research, coordination, reporting, relationship building and ad hoc duties as may be required from time to time

The person will be expected to understand the importance of global key account management and be able to effectively coordinate the flow of information required to strategise, engage, close and grow such accountsStrong inter and intra-organizational relationship building will be essential In addition, they will be expected to liaise with stakeholders throughout the larger organization on a regular basis and assist in putting in place measures to ensure that sufficient, relevant information is exchanged between the company subsidiaries and the global sales team

Specific Responsibilities include
- Research, coordinate, analyse, capture and report on information related to global key accounts
- Assist in the identification of new targets, markets and territories
- Assist in the strategy preparation to target these new opportunites
- Develop and maintain relationship with key stakeholders (regional subsidiaries & international customers)
- Pro-actively engage with stakeholders regarding key account managementrelated feedback and support
- Providing daily and monthly sales performance updates and reports (eg growth within various accounts, progress against budgets, monthly performance, forecast updates etc)
- Be able to coordinate and communicatebusinesscommercial related matters throughout the group
- Building and managing cross functional administrative processes and relationshipsRequirements- Tertiary education, preferably in Analysis, Research or Business Economics
- 5+ years work experience, in a similar field
- Able to demonstrate match to the personal attributes
- Proven strong Excel & Microsoft Office skills
- SalesforceMicrosoft Dynamics CRM experience preferred
- Highly motivated & dynamic
- Need to be well organized and able to multi-task
- Possess strong analytical and research skills
