Solid track record in designing and developing graduate development programmes
Proven experience in blended learning
Experience in a professional services firm (especially in a Big 4) a definite plus
Experience in recruitment (eg assessment, interviewing etc) a plus
Arabic speaker is highly desirable
Considerable understanding of MER GCC cultures
Proactive and strong interpersonal skills
Strong relationship management skills including the proven ability to quickly build strong personal networks with customers and peers
