A truly inspirational Group Procurement Manager is sought and one who is looking to accelerate their Middle East career to the next level Working on several projects concurrently across multiple products and countries, this is fast paced, exciting role
In addition to analysing, reviewing and developing the existing supplier base, you will also identify and lead negotiations with other manufacturers, setting up new annual contractual agreements You will monitor key performance indicators such as on time deliver, quality and purchase price variance and manage product development and shipping whilst ensuring that all products are ethically sourced
Designing, implementing & embedding procurement strategy and category management structures
Managing end-to-end strategic sourcing lifecycle, including supplier selection, negotiation, contract drafting and post-contract award and continuous improvement
Operating as part of the Group Procurement leadership function, driving over-all strategic direction
Managing and driving Cost Reduction activities, utilising negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods
Supplier performance and relationship management including identification of systems or process innovations Monitoring, managing and mitigating commercial and technical risk within the supply base
o Management of procurement activities for the Strategic expenses categories negotiation and contracts (supplier definition, tender, etc)for the main and strategic categories of expenses
o General Services maintenances, board consultancies, temporary staff,
o Information Technology Data centre, Paper Less project, consultants andIT support services, Phone and Networking, WEB, SW integrations, Supplier risk
o Logistics,transportation, storage
o Fuel contract
o Real Estate manage of all the facility activities
o Strategic outsourcer for services, , damage evaluation, etc
Eligibility:PG - Master of Technology/Engineering

You will be an excellent team builder and leader, a first class communicator and have a proven track record of developing successful business partnerships in the region.
As well as being commercially astute you will be highly proactive and self- motivated possessing an eye for detail and a can do attitude.
You will also be knowledgeable of and compliant with all legal and ethical aspects of sourcing and procurement in Kuwait and the rest of the Middle East.
Masters or MBA degree preferred
Project management experience
Fluent in English, Arabic Desirable
10 years experience in Diversified Group of Companies
Diversified Group of companies operating in the Middle East for more than 100 years.
