contracts & administration in relation to all contractual matters,
including

Preparation
of RFP’s

Preparing
commercial enquiries & tenders

o
Coordinates
with Development & Procurement Team to align on sub consultants

o
Deals with
all enquiries in terms of planning, scheduling, management & control,
evaluation & analysis, and recommendations

o
Bid analysis
& recommendations for ward

o
Preparation and
validation of all contracts

o
Management &
coordination of fully award process

Interfaces
with corporate Procurement department to effectively streamline the overall
procurement process

&-
Office budgeting,
cost control, cash-flow, including regular updates and quarterly reviews

&-
Debtor’s management & controlMonthly and interim
payments certification

&-
An ability
to interface with others in the Development Team in order to properly assess
earned value

&-
Reporting on
all commercial aspects at regular intervals

&-
Setting annual budgets in conjunction with PNCA
Office Directors, Finance, and Chairman

&-
Office cost
management & control together with preparing monthly cost reports, and
reporting on costs relative to budgets

&-
Payment
tracking and history inventory management & control

&-
Prepare
requirements for insurances and bonds, review for acceptances and safe-keeping

&-
Commercial
documentation management & control

&-
Contracts
safe keeping and renewals management of any bonds, insurances, professional
indemnity, etc

Works closely
works with commercial teams of employed Consultants, and Suppliers and
integrates their works after his validation into overall commercial scope of
works

&-
Manages
resource scheduling for the entire office based on anticipated demand based on
clearly defined design scheduling, tracks & monitors design office
deliverables production, and controls this through day to day management
together with weekly and monthly assessment through the cyclical process of
performance, evaluation, review & application of corrective measures where
necessary

Manages all
aspects of office efficiency

&-
Evaluates
potential risk on the various projects and thereafter suggests measures to
reduce risk levels acceptable to both PNCA and the client

&-
Claims & change
management administration & control

&-
Recommends on claims
avoidance strategies&-
He or she must have &- Strong sound knowledge of
Construction law, Contracts with specific emphasis on building Contracts&-
Eventually the building Contracts specific to UAE
law will be required&-
Sound knowledge of the various disciplines within
the building industry and the various scope of those disciplines&-
Sound knowledge in most buildingConstruction and
Civil works systems and methodologies as well as their sequences of works
programs etc for the running of a sound project (delivered)&-
He or she should be able to negotiate the
appointment of all of the various Consultants, Sub Consultants, specialist’s
person with the drawing up of the RFP’s etc&-
The ability to prepare and react to documentation
to & from site and site work’s with special reference to Subcontractors
etc&-
Should be able to assess and verify completed
works from the various ConsultantsSub Consultants etc with the view of
milestone (Earned Value) payments of their respective invoices in line with
works Task successfully completed

Controls all project controls & reporting from a
commercial perspective
