Key Tasks

1Establish and implement the teaching methods and practices ensuring up-to-date techniques are used

2Standardizes the training given in the classroom and on the slopes

3Assist in the recruitment of the ski school staff

4Inform and orient the instructors with regards to the slopes situation

5Assist in booking ski classes and make sure all instructors are up selling to the next lesson

6Create different events and competitions in the ski school

7Follow the ski school facility and a program of classes

8Implement the teaching methods and practices

9Conduct private and group ski lessons

10Take part in the preparation and implementation of the training plan for all new and existing ski instructors

11Organize day to day work

12Deputizes for the ski school Manager

13Check the presentation of the grooming of the instructors

14Ensures security and proper signage on the beginner areas

15Assists any skiers when and if required

16Conduct assignments as per line managers directions
