Job Description

1 Recruitment procedure (Sourcing, screening and short-listing of candidates)
2 Searching profiles through job portalsRecruiting and sourcing tools resume database mining, directories, corporate website& other tools, internet, competitor identification & recruiting, candidate networking advanced candidate searches employees referrals
3 Deploy-recruitment- process Job Description requirement mapping, resume sourcing, resume screening, pre-assessment, interviewing, preparing and sending offer letters
4 Conducting preliminary interviews with candidates to ascertain their competencies skills and aspirations (based on work, position, salary and relocation etc) coordination with all departments of companies to get fresh requirement
5 Completing all hiring and joining formalities viz issuing offer letterappointment, making individual files document collection & salary accounting process,Visa and the labour permit etc
6 Facilitating Internal Transfers, Referral programs, Full & Final Settlements, Responsible for issuing letters from time to time
7 Employee Management- Handling all employee related activities at the assigned sites

The candidate must have minimum of 5 years of experience and a good knowledge of the UAE labor law
