Job Description

Primary ResponsibilitiesBe a trusted advisor to the General Manager and senior leaders to optimize their personal effectiveness, team cohesiveness, and ensure effective business decision making, particularly related to the human assets of the businessUnderstand the Global Institutional business model and the evolution necessary in the Region to optimize the modelLead Sales compensation and organization structure work aligned to the needs for the global model and expectationsBroker consulting and advisory service from the HR COEs (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Compensation, Benefits) or externally as requiredCollaborate with Region, Market and Country Human Resources teams to implement the Institutional HR strategiesMonitor and collaborate with business leaders to execute development plans for high potential employeesProactively anticipate and identify potential business challenges that will impact employees and devise effective strategies to overcome themExecute talent reviews and succession planningWork with the HR COEs (Talent Development, Compensation, Benefits, and Talent Acquisition) and HR Services to ensure new programs and processes are effectively communicated and implemented within the businessAdvise senior business leaders and managers on serious employee relations issues and manage risk effectivelyEstablish key communication and change strategies for business events impacting peopleReview employee research and engagement results and conduct action planningConduct Workforce PlanningAssist with merger and acquisition integrationBasic QualificationsUndergraduate College or University degree or local equivalent in Human Resources or Business8-+ years Human Resources Generalist or Business Partner experience+ years business or related professional experienceFluent English speaking skillsAbility to travel%Preferred QualificationsMasters or post collegeuniversity degree in Human ResourcesHuman Resources experience with a large sales organization in a global companyPrevious experience participating as a member of a senior leadership team and providing support to senior leadersExperience working in a Fortune companyStrong business acumen and judgmentA core competence of superior interpersonal and relationship building skillsExceptional written and verbal communication skillsWell developed and experienced execution and project management skill setEvery day, we make the world cleaner, safer and healthier - protecting people and vital resourcesEcolab is the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services Around the world businesses in foodservice, food processing, hospitality, healthcare, industrial, and oil and gas markets choose Ecolab products and services to keep their environment clean and safe, operate efficiently and achieve sustainability goalsOur global workforce of over, employees is consistently delivering comprehensive solutions that meet the unique needs of our customers
