HP HR Global Functions is seeking experienced and high potential HR professionals for our Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HR MAP) in Dubai

Program Summary

We attribute HPs success to the expertise, passion, and commitment of its employees As such, our HR programs, practices, and services are designed with the employee experience in mind and a strong focus on how we enable employees to contribute to the success of HPs business strategy

The aim of the HR MAP Program is to build a solid bench of next generation HR Leaders through three eight-month rotations in Business HR, a Center of Excellence role and HR Global Operations Participants will have the opportunity to work in cross-functional consulting projects, attend regional and global MAP summits and have one of their assignments outside of their home region

This program can be customized to participant career aspirations and will offer formal and on-the-job training, as well as tailored mentoring and coaching
