Job Description

·         Primary responsibility for case management for instructions in relation to UAE inbound matters and for specific clients, as appropriate  Duties include;
ü  Execution of a volume of UAE inbound casework including compliance and eligibility assessments, clear process and requirements guidance, handholding and guiding clients through the immigration process
ü  Clear and effective communications with the employee, HR contacts and, where applicable, third party co-counsel immigration service providers  The Consultant must keep informed on the progress of document collection, filing of applications, anticipated finalisation dates as well as identifying key issues that may impact immigration formalities (travel plans, dependants, health issues etc), and ensure that the client is kept well informed on the status of each application and anticipated issues or timelines
ü  Updating firm’s case management system and the maintenance of client files in accordance with agreed practice protocols and SLAs
·         Escalation of potential issues to Manager in advance wherever possible and participation in resolution of these issues
·         Development and maintenance of strong working relationships with key client HR and mobility contacts, keeping informed on any in-country legislative or process changes
·         Drafting and research on country processes and procedures for review by the Manager, as appropriate  Assist in compiling metricsreports as required under contractual agreement with respective clients
·         Review of applicable expiry date reports reminders and taking action as required in connection with possible renewals
·         Contribute to content and maintain veracity of proprietary material in firm’s KMS (Knowledge Management System)
·         Attend training in order to develop relevant technical knowledge, techniques and skills
·         Assist Finance and Administrative support with client invoicing on completion of each case
