KEY PERFORMANCE AREA
1) Oversee, participate and drive the pricing and allocation of stocks to stores
2) Monitor the auto replenishment function and ensure that it functions as per management expectations and guidelines
3) Review and analyze stock and sales reports monitoring inventory and ensuring sufficient stock holdings at stores at all times
4) Maintain and monitor on fast moving stocks and ensure proper replenishment and take requisite and timely action on slow moving stocks
5) Coordinate with buyers and ensure that the fast moving stocks are available in stores at all the times
6) Ensure the ageing analysis for all departments are reviewed and analyzed and ensure the liquidation of aging stock to maintain inventory health
7) Ensure Consolidation of stocks on time and as required
8) Ensuring price revisions are implemented in the stores as per the guidelines
9) Timely and concise reports are generated and sent to retailabout sell thru concerns
10) Co-ordinate with retail team and take necessary action to ensure reduction in stock losses, damages and pilferages
