Technical knowledge and skills in IT Infrastructure and End User domains is a must
A minimum of 3 years hands on technical experience in infrastructure and end user domains is as must

Project Management
A minimum of 3 years+ in managing infrastructure and end user projects is a must
These 3 years of experience must be on full project management life cycles from inception to implementation and sustenance

Technical knowledge

Windows Server Family and clustering (20032008)
Windows active Directory
Knowledge in Backup and Disaster Recovery Strategies
IBM Blade Centre and xSeries Server hardware
Exchange AD, SMS, SQL Server, oracle etc
TCPIP, DNS, WINS, DHCP
Network Technology LANWANMAN topology and switching and Routing
SAN and NAS environment and diskless operation (preferable)
UNIX based OS AIX, Linux etc (Preferable)
Structured Cabling technologies
Experience with Hardware And Operating System design, configuration, integration and support
ITIL
ISO Standard applicable to IT Infrastructure
End user technologies(Preferable)
PMP ITIL Certified
UAE Driving License is Mandatory
