Key Responsibilities 1Develop and implement the Annual IT Training plan by reviewing the Groups’ system implementation plan, along with the training needs analysis for the IT systems2Participate in any system implementation and design projects with the Business System analysts to gain appropriate understanding of the system in order to develop relevant training material3Identify suitable vendors andor develop IT training programmes and material customized to business requirements and in line with corporate learning and development policies4Organize andor deliver quality and cost effective training 5Ensure effective and timely administration of the training programmes Validate the training nominations and ensure people attend the right programmes6Coordinate and follow all the internal training & financial processes to ensure smooth implementation7Drive the Super user buddy system in collaboration with the Unit training teams

The ideal candidate should be able to design and deliver IT training programs including Oracle Retail, Point of Sale systems, MS Office, Learning Management & e learning solutions and other relevant systems training to support the organization’s business objectives.Pproficiency in any of the leading on ERP Systems preferably Oracle Retail or SAP/ POS / JDE with at least 2 3 years experience as an IT Trainer in a medium to large sized organization. Excellent communication skills, people oriented and high analytical ability are some of the key competencies for this role. Proficiency in MS Office, Learning Management Systems and e Learning will be an added advantage.
