Improve Customer relationship
Develop the outlet-wise performance of each key account by using MIS reports
Ensure that all key account outlets are properly merchandised and sufficient stocks are available at all times
Set targets for each supervisor & closely monitor their performance
Improve supplier-buyer relationship at all levels
Increase brand awareness, brand equity by planning and implementing promotional activities
Prepare tailor made plans for improvement of each outlet
Prepare merchandising planograms for product display and ensure merchandising department is functioning as a proper support system
Follow up of credit collections and ensure all debtors are in line with terms in the key account area
Liaise with the store managers and improve product visibility
Work closely with hyper-market and supermarket managersbuyers to achieve set goals of the company by visiting them frequently
Provide adequate and current market information to the Head of Sales
Ensure periodic meetings are arranged with the Head of Sales & customers to evaluate monthly performance
Conduct periodical market visits and shop audits to evaluate distribution flaws
Closely monitor delivery timings to key accounts and make necessary changes where required in timings
Develop new markets in the HORECA channels to build a strong distribution channel
Update Area Sales Managers & supervisors on the outcome of frequent follow-ups and implement any new changes
Ensure that the documented shelf space is available and properly managed in all categories as per LTA
Monitor SKU-wise performance of each key account outlet and advise stock positioning accordingly
