About the BusinessAl-Futtaim Panatech, part of the Al-Futtaim Group Electronics and Engineering Division, is the sole distributor for Panasonic in UAE Panasonic commands over 20% share of UAEs market for consumer electronics, and is the leader in many categories The Panasonic brand name is synonymous with cutting edge technology, and is the only brand to have a diverse presence in multiple categories like Audio, Video, Home Appliances, Personal Products, Health & Beauty Care, Telecommunication, Office Automation, Professional Broadcasting, Air-conditioning, Security, Lighting and Building products Al-FuttaimPanatech markets Panasonic in the UAE through six branches employing over 250 people in sales, logistics and customer service The retail strength boasts of a network of over 400 dealers & five showrooms, spread across the UAEAbout the JobIn this role you willbe responsible for* Meet assigned revenue target by effectively handling customers power retailers mass merchandisers key accounts and building relationships for future business opportunities, as well as following all company guidelines relating to sales & marketing, merchandising standards, stock maintenance and return and exchange procedures so as to maximize every sales opportunity* Sales Generation Achieving monthly sales & collection targets with a strong focus on the sell out activities in order to achieve higher market sharesor exceed budgeted sales targets Generate sales by effectively handling customers category manager section manager, and explaining product features, advantages and benefits with the objective of closing the sales cycles and achieving assigned sales target* Sales closing Close the sales cycle by ensuring that the customer power retailer key account customer is invoiced accurately, following up on delivery to the store or installation at customer premises, so that all sales related commitments are met* Products Regularly receive feedback on product movement, and maintain the daily sell out reports the complete products approved and listed are all properly displayed with POS POP etc Offers are timely implemented Supply chain is monitored LPO generation & replenishment execution is effectively monitored & executed * Customer Satisfaction Ensure customer satisfaction from the transaction by checking for customer understanding of product features and operations, particularly in case of high value products, and follow up on any after sales support, if required* Handle all customer complaints and resolve any product related queries and complaints arising from the merchandise category responsible for Carry out returns and exchange ensuring compliance with company procedure, if required, with the objective of building relationship with customer and developing future business* Relationship Building Develop relationship with repeat as well as high value customers by informing them about new product launches, in store promotion and activities so as to generate repeat sales and build on customer loyalty* Merchandising Train, develop and track the merchandisers sell out activities on a daily basis* Train, develop and track the merchandisers sell out activities on a daily basisCarry out merchandising of store as per the merchandising plan, manage control and motivate merchandisers, give input to improve merchandising standards, ensure all relevant product information is clearly displayed as well as the entire product range displayed within the store to maximize sale opportunity* Product Knowledge Take personal initiative as well as participate in any training opportunities to ensure complete and current knowledge of the product range, so as to educate or inform customers on features, advantages and benefits and meet sales target* Stock Monitoring Negotiate with customers for maintaining target
