An Lawson Consultant participates in the configuration design Testing Upgrade of the application(s) A Subject Matter Expert in Lawson who can communicate effectively & has the ability to support, lead & guide team members to gain an in-depth knowledge of the assigned Lawson modules · Demonstrates advanced knowledge of computer systems, applications and interfaces· Exhibits quality requirement gathering ability· Devise & design low complexity systems solutions & address customer’s problems· Demonstrates a strong understanding of the clinical or business operations functions· Demonstrates attention to detail in data gathering, specifications development and documentation· Communicates effectively with users, colleagues and developers· Has the ability to lead teams & support of team initiatives· Employs advanced analytical skills to define systems requirements & objectives for system applications and interfaces· Assist with full Configuration support system testing go-live planning Post Go live Support Upgrade Support· Good understanding of Healthcare Standards & US healthcare Workflows
