Job Description

Job Purpose
Execute on Marketing plan by adhering to strict deadlines, within allocated budget

Responsibilities
Budget Management
1 To deliver all marketing activities within the approved marketing budget
2 Develop marketing plan and strategies
3 Liaising and networking with a range of vendors, customers, colleagues, suppliers etc
Marketing Campaigns & Vendor Relationship
4 Organize and evaluate marketing campaigns
5 Managing relationships(both customer & vendor relationship and ensure customer satisfaction
6 Sourcing sponsorship from key vendors
7 Work closely with sales team and organize events such as conferences, seminars, and exhibitions
8 Evaluating Marketing campaigns and monitoring competitor activity
9 Responsible for steering customer satisfaction survey
Advertising & PR
10 Maintain and update customer databases on a periodic basis
11 Source advertising opportunities - achieve frequent, timely and positive media coverage across all available
media
12 To manage all aspects of print production, receipt and distribution, including leaflets, posters, flyers and
newsletters
13 Organize photo shoots; responsible for writing and proofreading copy; managing the production of
marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers and newsletters
14 Custodian of company website
15 CSR
